About Us

FlexTalent was created by the passionate visionary Fares Hosny. While working for YoungOnes and Temper for over two years, it was clear that the business could be done more optimally and more personally. The lack of communication between firm and freelancer created a sense of loneliness, and the fees charged to businesses monopolized the market for freelance platforms, thus making them less attractive. Still studying at Maastricht University, Hosny realized that freelance work was the future, as graduates are more and more interested in flexibility than traditional 9-5 work, thus creating a gap in the market. This led to the creation of FlexTalent, the rest is history.
